This site provides a "searchable database of 1800 economic terms and concepts." The AmosWeb site (www.amosweb.com) also provides a lot of useful information for economics students.

Bureau of Economic Analysis
Part of the U.S. Department of Commerce, this site provides national, international, regional and industry economic information, as well as an overview of the latest economic indicators.

The Cato Institute
"The Cato Institute was founded in 1977 by Edward H. Crane. It is a non-profit public policy research foundation headquartered in Washington, D.C. The Institute is named for Cato's Letters, a series of libertarian pamphlets that helped lay the philosophical foundation for the American Revolution." While not all topics on the Cato Institute site are relevant to economics, many are.

WWW Resources in Economics
From the WWW Virtual Library, this site provides links to websites with information on general topics in economics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, economic systems, and economic history.
